Kelli's Korean Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup 

Servings: 1 Noodle Bowl 

Bring to a boil in saucepan 

1C Chicken Broth 
1C Filtered Water 
1-1/2 TBSP Chinese Crushed Chili Powder Hot 
2 tsp Kelli Coffee's Chef In A Bottle Universal Seasoning 

Add and cook 6 minutes 

1 Clove Garlic Sliced 
1/4 C Onion Wedge 
1/4 C Sliced Mushrooms 
1/2 C Wedge Green Cabbage 
30-40 Pieces (small grab) Rice Vermicelli 

Add and cook 2 minutes 
Add water if necessary 

3 oz Sea Scallops 
3 oz Calamari (Squid) 
3 oz Talapia (or any mild white fish) 

Serve in a bowl with a wedge of lemon.
